Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction matters to us. If your new timepiece is not the right fit, you may return it within 30 days of the ship date.

To be eligible for a return:

• The watch must be unworn, with all original tags and protective films attached.
• The original brand box, manuals, and any warranty cards must be included.
• For orders shipped to Miami-based freight forwarders or casilleros, our delivery guarantee ends once the package is received by the forwarder.

To start a return:

• Log in to your account on our website to submit a return request, or
• Contact us at support@watchgalactic.com with your order number.

Refunds
After your return is delivered to our Miami warehouse, we will inspect it and process your refund within 72 hours. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
